In rare occurrences, you might have an issue with one of the products we installed. We want to do right by you always, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re experiencing any problems.

Please note that if the problem you’re having isn’t covered by warranty, there’s a $175 charge for us to come out and figure out what’s going on. If the issue isn’t something we caused, we’ll still need to charge you for the diagnosis, but we’ll give you a credit towards any repairs you decide to have us do.
