Contract & Deposit

You receive a detailed contract covering scope, materials, timeline, and warranties. Everything is transparent. You sign electronically and submit your deposit. You have 72 hours to rescind if needed.

Week 2

Initial Design & Renderings

Our design team creates preliminary 2D and 3D renderings so you can see your future deck. Your vision starts to take shape. A design retainer is collected to move forward with engineering.

Weeks 2-3

Engineering Plans

We develop detailed engineering plans with built-in feedback loops. You review, we refine. This is a collaboration; your input shapes the final design. Nothing moves forward until you’re completely confident.

Week 3

Architect's Review

Production Drawings

During Construction

Our crew follows a structured plan. You get daily logs and photos at major milestones: framing, decking, and railings. We invite you to walk through at key stages, and feedback is welcome.

Final Day

Walkthrough & Punch List

We walk through the completed project together, confirm everything meets your expectations, and address any punch list items. Final payment is collected only when you’re satisfied.

After Completion

Double Lifetime Warranty

You receive written warranty coverage for workmanship—lifetime coverage for new deck builds, with a 30-day transfer window. We’ll be here long after the project ends.
