Yes! You’ll receive a 3D image of your patio so you can see how it will look like before you commit to the style, layout, and materials.
In most cases, no, you won’t need a building permit for a concrete patio. Although it depends on local zoning and regulations, we can build a patio in Knoxville TN without applying for a permit. And even if we’d need to, we’ll take care of everything for you!
Although they are patios, these projects are quite different. Paver patios take more time to install and require more labor. Concrete patios are installed a lot quicker and are also more cost-effective than paver patios. The only downside with concrete is that it cracks after several years.
Just like with our decks, it takes us around 3 days to install a concrete patio. It’s important to keep in mind that the concrete will require between 24 and 48 hours to dry before we can finish up the project.

I want to thank Nate, Grant, Joe and crew for the great job that was done on our new deck and screen house. The design and completion of the work was great. Grant went above and beyond to make sure that all the concerns and minor details were met and exceeded. There were many times where he came over to touch base or clean up anything that needed to be done.
The blue stone walkway that was designed and installed is beyond belief and I would never imagined that it would look that great. The screen house was my one thing I wanted on the deck and it’s gorgeous. The rough cedar with black pet screens and all the black design pieces are just beyond my expectations. Although I won’t get to use it much until spring, the little I have used it bundled up has been so worth it.
